Stanley 200 cutter and chisel grinder

offered 1911 - 1948

9 inches long and wide enough to take any size Stanley cutter.

Black japanned (during WW2) or nickel plated finish. Nickel plating is more common.

Not a plane but included here because it's used to hone plane irons.

Note that the middle slot is empty. When used for honing chisels etc. one of the outer thumb screws is transferred to the middle slot. The small brass bushing - part X in the picture below on the right- is almost always missing.
